FAQs
When do the mailings go out?
The mailings ship around the 12th of each month. The first mailing is shipping out November 12th!
How do I update my address if I move?
Just send me an email (with photos of your cute new space, of course).
Can I gift a subscription to a friend?
Yes! You will win the prize for being coolest friend. Just enter their name and address for the shipping info.
Can I sign up if I live outside the US?
Yes! Almost 100 international members so far! Sign up for the international subscription here.
Can I cancel anytime?
Feel free to cancel anytime. If paying monthly, just like a Netflix subscription, you'll still be subscribed until the end of the monthly billing cycle, so you may get one more mailing after canceling. If you cancel the annual plan, you will still be subscribed until the end of the annual billing cycle.
If I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do that?
It's easy. In your email receipt, click “Manage subscription.” On the next page, click “Cancel subscription.” That's it.
What happens if my envelope gets lost in the mail?
Fortunately, this doesn't happen too often. But if it does, just send me an email to let me know. I'll send you another one!
